I love these. Soft plastics should be banned. Millions of pounds are polluting waters and wastefully killing fish. I wonder if there's "Premium" grades of that yarn? Might last longer. I want to try things like wrapping it around some small rubber or silicone tube, like for slingshots. Also wrap it on some heavy cotton cord or thick mono or flouro fishing line to maybe strengthen and secure it. Definitely much more durable than plastics. Thanks!!!
Hi 👋 how to order ?
Never mind 😊found it
Thank you ! Got it! Will ship it this afternoon 👊
@@NorbertRenaud can’t wait 😜
Do you use spot lock? I've built a motorized mount for my livescope transducer to operate independently from my Terrova. I've honestly had more fun building & improving the mount than using the livescope! I fish water with lots of pleasure boaters and the waves can get big for a lake. I struggle knowing exactly where livescope is pointed and rarely able to see my bait/lure if it's anything smaller than an Alabama Rig. I've considered putting on trolling motor just to eliminate uncertainty about where transducer is pointed. This is a simple yet genius idea!
I try not to use spot lock too much with the live, especially on windy days where it moves way too much, if too much wind i like to be se a drift sock and let the boat drift along an area that I want to fish and use the trolling motor like if the scope is on a pole . Much easier to manage and see things. I also like to use it going upwind with the trolling motor so the boat won’t move a much and set the speed so I travel very slow. On days without wind it’s a lot easier! But those are rare here lol. Thanks for your comment!
Come for the lures, stay for the music 🎶 Atomic chicken...looks deadly
Yes, good efficient colour for me 👊
that resin bait is awesome. nice work
Thank you, hope to have it tuned very soon .
Nice review, thanks. Does the motor fit on a "floattube " mount? Or is there a mount i need to purchase with it?
@@karelmunnikde6822 you can purchase the kit with a glue on patch that comes with the motor 😉
Hi Norbert thanks for this, is this good for fly tying too?
Of course! I’ve been using these resin forever, But I find this one cures great just with sunshine
@@NorbertRenaud brilliant thank you, it’s down to 18.99 at the minute until 30 June
@@williamdaly7662 bargain!!!
my reeldeal whistles when driving 50mph+. Very annoying.
I have no real issues with mine, but the whole car whistles anyway 😆😉👍
A film about your head and a boat in the garden... but it doesnt swimm at all...🤷♂️
You’re funny
❤
Great videos. I'm a bit disappointed that is so hard to get FLTB9 in Ireland. I have FLTB5 V2 but I'm thinking about upgrad. Your videos are great 👍 👌
Many thanks! Yes I really can’t understand why they can’t have a few units in the Irish store, one subscriber had to bring his from Portugal, they are in most stores on the continent, can’t be that hard for them to order a few…🙄
@NorbertRenaud I wonder what the sitting position on this belly boat looks like. I mean, how far the thighs are extended from the seat, do the knees have much freedom of movement?
@@_pike_angler_ this is one of the highest position i have been on any float tubes i have ever tried.I compare the sitting position similar as fishing from a pontoon.Water sits below your knees, plenty freedom of movement , the seat is adjustable , very similar to a fishing kayak seat .Hope that helps.
@@NorbertRenaud thank you
Tks for the video. Will get one for my tube. ❤❤❤
Thanks, just check their shop, they do a 100 in a mini version , could be great for the tube
There a little lovely boat hard got 2nd hand i have a 12 foot one love it all so, brilliant on the water there's a man selling them in Clare but good Job ,thanks for the vids and tip's ✌️🎣
Thank you! I will have a video soon showcasing the whole boat , yes I love mine and I m keeping it now 😀
@@NorbertRenaud i will look forward to that🙂
I think this tops the Cumberland...Great presentation on the video
Many thanks Tom!
Better cut the song there..
I watched 5 times just cuz TOOL!
Sir, you have good taste 😃🙌
@@NorbertRenaud seen them 8 times and can't wait for the next one
Wie teuer ist der wopler
how much did u pay for that
129.95 $
also where did you get the hinkle copies?
Straight from China, one bait maker has started to make the shad and trouts , the only thing they don’t ship to the US…
does your paint ever affect the movement of the joints?
When I started painting lures it did, I quickly realised to go very light handed for the paint.. and more importantly the clear coating as it dries it could drip down the joints and mess up all the work.
Great tip re the dark colours in bright Weather, cheers!
Fish them high in the water 😉
Easy and simple !
where do you buy the cones? thanks
You can get them from Rupert Harvey flies @RupertHarveysflies
Amazing fly! They looks like tubes and I think they would be amazing on my local lake trout
any issues shipping to the US?
I ship worldwide 😉 might be a little extra on shipping ,but I always work to give proper pricing on shipping costs
I ship worldwide, could be a little extra to ship to the US, but I always try to keep shipping cost at the lowest.
@@NorbertRenaud just ordered. Hope it makes it all the way to Texas! Looking forward to fishin it.
@@TRDPro1995 thank you, will e I’m the post Thursday, usually 10 to 14 days to get to you 👊🏻
What is the name of your shop?
Sorry just added it in the description. It’s on the lodge website: www.ile-verte.com/shop
Thank you when I'm flush I will for sure be spending a bit 👍
NOT RECOMMENDED. Looks good but in reality not functional. too NOISY, all fish go away. Float Plus is my recommendation. Can you make a video about that?
Maybe for your local lakes and rivers, but here I have not noticed spooking fish away. Would love to do a review on the float plus if they send one my way….
Nice one.. 👍👍
Thanks ✌️
😂😂😂
😀
Dude that looks AWESOME!!
Thank you 😊
Looking good.. Hinkle Trout clone? 22 or 28cm?👍👍
Yes, hinkle knock off, 28cm, slow sink, very good clone 👌
I think I know where the button is, but I just can’t put my thumb on it
its a lot harder to figure out at night, as well
🤣
I thought grandpa will crush a bit of wrrd
Need to find products in usa
Where can I purchase in usa?
You will have to inquire with your closest branch, or send them a mail
How Long are the baits
My friend, i have a Zodiac pro 7 man 4.2 (the weith around 350kg), do you think that i can use as auxiliar motor to come back to home when the principal outboard doesn't want to start??? Thanks!!!
No way, it’s not powerful enough, that would be my guess, better get a Minn Kota 54lbs or something like that to be safe
@@NorbertRenaud Thanks!
I've been working with Amazon uv resin for a least 5 years no issues
Same here, all good stuff
Nice.. Are they going to the website? Are they hot stamped?
Yes , whenever I get time to get a few done they will be added to the website, and yes they are hot stamped , two patterns
Great instruction...What density of the brush works best ....? Using my own brush with only Kanekelon wig hair...the fly didn't wiggle when stripped straight , the tail reacted more than the body.
Hey there! I like to make my game changers with Congo hair ( ep fibres) it holds more water and helps the fly to anchor in the water more and helps with movement. I also like to blend Kanekalon with Congo and angel hair 50/40/10 ratio ish 😉 it helps create a lighter version easier to cast but still hold some water
Thank you so much for using alternative materials.... i'll try that, ...Also a big shout out to Blaine Chocklett for his live presentation the other night of the jerk changer on "Masters Of The Fly", they are wonderful too...he explained how the hydrodynamics of the fly and the materials.
Wow that looks amazing I'd love one
Hi bud, I love those weedless hooks and they hook up well!
Pourquoi pas en français

THANKS for the video QUESTION Are the cameras Wifi. To be able to watch live on a mobile phone while the camera is in the water. Water wolf ? WESTIN ESCAPE ? I am waiting for your answer and soon another camera will come to my hobby. Happy Catching.

Thank you 🤩🤣

Hey there!!
THANK YOU, ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO I'VE STARTED USING RESINS FROM HOBBY STORES AND FOUND THAT THEY ARE JUTS AS GOOD AS I BOUGTH FROM MY FLY SHOP !! GORD FROM CALGARY ALBERTA CANADA 🇨🇦
Yes, so true! Thanks for your input Gord!! Great to o ow how’s things going in other parts of the world 👍
Still use the OY WOOA UV Hard Resin from Amazon. Prices vary quite often but indeed I pay less than half of the price if I compare the same amount of resin from famous brands. A good light is necessary, that is true
Amen brother ! 😉
😂😂 brilliant well said !!
Thank you Tony!
Excellent video. Thanks! One of the ongoing controversies is that you need a light specific to the resin. For example, the light for Solarez resin doesn’t work with Loon resin. What is your experience with lights and different resins?
Thank you! I have not used many fly tying brand for lights and resins, my guess is that loon use a resin that cures with lower power , so their light isn’t powerful enough for a resin with a much higher curing nm The light I have in the video is 405nm and dries all resins I’ve tried so far. Cut cut the time of curing by adding an other , but 30mins and the resin is hard and not sticky to the touch. I always finish by hanging flies and lures by the window for a few days before use.
Well said Norbert. 👍
